CPK- Five Cheese + Tomato

Since we make a new pizza every Friday, sometimes it's hard to think of new ideas. Thankfully, there are many pizza restaurants and ideas around that we can go to for inspiration. Our latest find, California Pizza Kitchen, is our newest go to for ideas. This week we made their five cheese and tomato pizza. Fresh mozzarella, pecorino Romano, smoked Gouda, mozzarella, and Monterey jack, topped with tomato and fresh basil, make this a melty Friday night dream! It's torture smelling the air, waiting for the napalm to cool. YUM!

Santa's In Town!

These cuties are our nephews, Robb's brother DJ's sons, Daniel and Dominic! It's their first Christmas and first visit with Santa!

Cilantro, Lover or Hater?

So cilantro... Either you absolutely love it or you can't stand it. Me, I think cilantro is delicious, but Robb hates even the smallest little leaf. This pizza came out pretty good. I think we shouldn't have cooked the carrots and bean sprouts on it, they shrunk and disappeared, so I sprinkled more sprouts with my cilantro. Delicious!
