After our big hike, we toured Whistler's 2 brewing companies.
Our first stop was High Mountain Brewing Company in Whistler Village. We had a sampler tray and a light lunch.
The beer was brewed on the second level of the restaurant.
We got another great fireside table!
Our next stop was for a tour of the larger brewery, Whistler Brewing Company.
This was where we had our samples and bought some souvenirs.
They had a pretty big operation.
On our tour, we learned how beer was mixed, cooked, fermented, and bottled.
These giant tanks held the beer while it was fermenting.
When it was all ready, it was kegged or bottled and sent out to area restaurants and bars.
