Horseback Riding With Neighbors

After we got back from our Honeymoon, we had our neighbors over for dinner.  Right before they were leaving, they asked if we wanted to go horse back riding the next day!  Of course!!
Robb got to ride the biggest and sweetest guy.  He was a little hard to get going, but was definitely a nice horse.
My horse was very handsome.  He had a red coat and dark black and red mane!
Here we go!  Our neighbor Linda is in front of me.
This was mostly and easy going trail ride, but in the woods, we'd hold back a bit, so our horses would have to trot to "catch up."  Just like horse camp!
It was a chilly spring day, but ended up being dry for the whole ride.
After we rode through the woods, we went into one of the corals to do some trotting and cantering!
Here's Robb, trying to get his big guy into a trot.
At the end of our ride!  Happy horses, and happy humans!
My guy
Robb's guy.  You can tell how huge he is compared to Robb's hand.
We walked around and fed the horses a bag of carrots to thank them for a great ride!
Until next time!
